How do I get started?
It’s easy, to join Clickix, all you have to do is sign up. It’s free!
How does Clicks work?
Clicks are your secret weapon to drive down the price on the artwork of your choice. When you find an artwork you like, click the “reveal price” button on the page and use one of your Clicks to see the current price of the artwork. Each time this button is clicked, the price will go down by a fixed amount. This means that your price will never be the same as someone else’s!
How do I buy Clicks?
Good question. You can purchase clicks by using the “Buy Clicks” buttons on our website.
How do I purchase an artwork I like?
Once you reveal your exclusive price, click on “Accept offer” and you will be redirected to the checkout page.
Are artworks authentic?
Each artwork for sale is authentic and comes straight from the gallery or artist studio. If you have any questions, please send us a message and let us know at help@clickix.com.
How long are artworks for sale?
Each artwork is different – sales can range from a few minutes, to a few days. Ultimately, it’s up to you to share the product and use clicks until the price is where you want it to be.
How can I suggest artwork that I'd love to see on Clickix?

What forms of payment do you accept?
Clickix accepts major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express). We also accept PayPal payments.
What are my shipping options?
Clickix offers you 3 different shipping options. You can either let us arrange the shipping for you or arrange the shipping yourself or pick up the artwork directly from the gallery or artist studio.
How does shipping work?
Your artwork will be shipped straight from the gallery or artist studio.
How do I track my shipments?
After you complete your purchase, we will send you a confirmation email with your shipping information.
How are my shipping fees calculated?
Shipping rates are calculated by the shipping addresses of the collector and the gallery/artist, as well as the measurement and weight of the artwork.

What is your return policy?
At this time we offer only returns for damaged artworks. You must email help@clickix.com within 48 hours of receiving your artwork. Please attach detailed photographs of the damaged artwork and packaging.
Can I see the artwork in person?
You can go and check the artwork at the gallery or schedule an appointment with the artist if the artwork is coming directly from his studio.
